Many known and unknown factors can cause cancer other than foods; however, The National Cancer Institute confirms that poor food choices contribute to some form of cancer deaths. I always believed that plain natural or organic foods are the best to eat to decrease any chance of getting cancer. Organic foods are rich in phytochemicals and rich in anti oxidants, which are both great anti-cancer agents.
The Centenarians of Okinawa are the proof that you are what you are eating (Okinawa is a place in Japan where people live healthy longer life), and according to many studies, it has to do with how, and what they eat. Foods should make our health better, not destroy it.
